Project Overview
We were asked to transform an original 1,850-square-foot house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath into an updated 3,200-square-foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The house was enhanced with a large 20 x 24 foot living room and an upstairs master suite with a walk-in closet and private bath.
Great care was taken to optimize the existing space while integrating it seamlessly with the new construction. Building out the new master bath was a particular delight, featuring a generous custom walk-in shower and a beautifully tiled feature wall.

Construction focus and outcome
The main challenge was making a large addition feel natural to the existing Houston home. That meant resolving structural tie-ins, system connections, room flow, and finish transitions before the project could succeed visually.
Bel Abri Homes coordinated the addition and remodeling work so the completed home gained significant living space without feeling patched together.
Outcome: The finished home delivered more space, a better bedroom and bath layout, a larger living area, and a cohesive updated look across both the original and new construction.
