Project Overview
We had the opportunity to spend 8 months on a project renovating an incredible 7,000 square foot contemporary house built in 1986. Very high-quality materials were used throughout - white oak built-ins, handmade cement tiles, beautiful white terrazzo, and a variety of other luxurious finishes.
This was a very large project where we touched almost every surface in the house. The kitchen was completely remodeled, all bathrooms redone, and we incorporated some very unique custom furniture pieces into the new design, including a 20-foot by 20-foot bookshelf.

Construction focus and outcome
A whole-home renovation at this scale requires constant coordination across trades and finishes. Plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, tile, paint, plaster, flooring, and custom details all need to be sequenced carefully.

Outcome: The completed renovation refreshed nearly every surface of the home with high-quality materials, custom details, and a more cohesive luxury finish level.
